The 'Pervy Nation' achievement is unlocked by making all Lovelorn Villagers happy by performing the Sexy Jutsu in front of them. Go to every village or spa you can find! An easy way to identify these villagers is this: Look for a guy who helds a book in his hands. If the guy is acting a bit miserable, like weeping and crying, then you know that this is one of the Lovelorn Villagers that you, as a 13-year old boy, are supposed to cheer up! Good luck!
